QSM 标准数据集
1. There are five kinds of maps under each subject folder: local field map (phi), chi33, cosmos map, mask, and parcellation map.
2. The data with the same suffix number represent a group of data in the same head orientation. For example, phi1, cosmos1, chi33_1, mask1, and atlas_modified_1 correspond to the local field map, cosmos map, chi33, mask, and parcellation map at the first head orientation, respectively.
3. Data in the "train_data" folder are used for network training and data in the "test_data" folder are used for network test.
4. The code files in the "metrics_code" folder are used for quantitative evaluation metric calculations. And the main function file is "cal_metrics.m".
